Wooly Caterpillars

An Acraea Moth must have come in that night as on the morning of May 1st I found these eggs on the Pickerel Weed.

Then on May 12th they had hatched.

By May 25th they were much larger and obviously eating the `skin' off the leaf!

Later we in the month we began to find wooly caterpillars in that area of the pond and all over that side of the property!
